Reggie Watts

Another Sunday – but why not make this one stand out with one of these comedic or theatrical treats?

Live At The Chapel: A Reggie Watts Special, Union Chapel, 18 Nov (pictured)
Brooklyn’s own Reggie Watts is star attraction at Islington’s Union Chapel tonight, primarily to ad-lib an audience into impromptu comic ecstasy via his all-singing, all-playing, all-composing artistry. This is one ‘Live At The Chapel’ you mustn’t miss, as this video will reiterate…

The Voices In Your Head, Leicester Square Theatre, 18 Nov
Ex-‘History Boys’ boy Russell Tovey and his ‘Him & Her’ co-star Kerry Howard join suave wordsmith and TW favourite Thom Tuck and other tbc comics to face a faceless, godlike Voice, who’ll “interrogate, provoke and cajole” one and all, presumably till they either exit stage right or go insane. Either way, it’ll be a delight. Tickets here.

In Extremis, Kings Head Theatre, 18 Nov – 9 Dec
First commissioned by the NT to mark the centenary of Oscar Wilde’s death, Neil Bartlett’s ‘In Extremis’ imagines what transpired when Wilde, on the eve of his sensational 1895 indecency trial, talked with society palmist Mrs Robinson. Bookings here.
