Craig Campbell

Today is, apparently, the day the universe is at its optimal ‘Awesomeness’. Yes, that’s right… it’s the Day Of Awesomeness. But please, don’t allow all that Americanised enthusiasm to spoil the next 24 hours, especially when all this reasonably ‘Awesome’ to-do is going on in London…

Craig Campbell Live, Bloomsbury Theatre, 10 Mar (pictured)
Canadian comic Craig Campbell – an alliteration-fan’s dream, that one – presents his live self one last time prior to retiring this particular show. And guess what? His two night-time PAs at the Bloomsbury (that’s 7pm and 9.30pm sharp) will be filmed for a new DVD. So yeah, dress presentably. Details and tickets here.

Mirth Control – Deeds Not Words, Royal Festival Hall,
A WOW-able finale to the Southbank Centre’s Women Of The World Festival, Sandy Toksvig’s mind-stimulating Mirth Control night will tonight feature singing sensation Petula Clark, the WOW orchestra, and extra special guests who are still tba. Details and tickets here.
