Sex Appeal II: Come Again, Bloomsbury Theatre, 18 Jan
A very special, very sexual comic collective featuring Mitch Benn, Richard Herring, Robin Ince, Jenny Eclair, Ben Miller, Josie Long and host Al Murray gathers for a night of explicit jokery-pokery in the name of a charitable cause, specifically sexual health organisation Brook. Event details and tickets here.

Rock Of Ages, Garrick Theatre, 18 Jan – 2 Nov
A popular attraction at the Shaftesbury for the past year or so, Chris D’Arienzo’s OTT soft-rock goliath moves to the Garrick as of tonight to lure a new audience into its strange and fantastical hair-metal realm. Event details and tickets here.

The Turn Of The Screw, Almeida Theatre, 18 Jan – 16 Mar (pictured)
Experienced in the art of text-to-stage adaptation, playwright Rebecca Lenkiewicz scripts a taut new twist on Henry James’ gothic novella, one involving an inevitably macabre collaboration with Hammer Theatre Of Horror. Event details and tickets here.
