What's Become of You?

TODAY IN LONDON, TW’s tipped events feature French flamenco, high Roman drama, and one outspoken Geordie…

COMEDY: Chris Ramsey – The Most Dangerous Man On Saturday Morning TV, Bloomsbury Theatre, 30 Jan – 1 Feb
He might act nice on BBC sitcom ‘Hebburn’, but in real life, spiny-haired comic Chris Ramsey is a bit less predictable. Having been dismissed from the ‘Soccer AM’ sofa last year for behaving badly, Chris takes that as a starting point to examine the costs of saying the wrong thing at the wrong time. Details and tickets here.

FILM: NT Live presents… Coriolanus, various cinemas, 30 Jan
Tom Hiddleston and Mark Gattis’ tour-de-force performances in Josie Rourke’s taut staging of ‘Corionalus’, Shakespeare’s war and famine-torn Roman saga, is broadcast live into various LDN cinemas as part of the National Theatre’s NT Live initiative. Details and tickets here.

THEATRE: What’s Become of You?, Barbican, 30 Jan – 1 Feb (pictured)
Held in the midst of this year’s London Mime Festival, France’s Aurélien Bory paints a stark portrait of a woman captivated by the world of flamenco, with live vocals and a guitar accompanying dancer Stéphanie Fuster. Details and tickets here.
